Omniyat

Founded in 2005 as part of Omniyat Holdings, Omniyat is recognised as one of the UAE’s leading innovative real estate developers. Despite facing challenges during the global financial crisis in its early years, the company continued to expand steadily. Led by Mahdi Amjad, Omniyat works with internationally known architects, contractors, and consultants to create premium real estate developments. The company currently employs around 500 people. Starting with the development of a single tower, Omniyat has since delivered real estate projects valued at AED 15 billion and currently has another AED 6 billion worth of developments under construction. Some well-known projects in the Omniyat portfolio include The Pad, The Bayswater, and The Square.
